Supercomputing for Everyone Series: Intermediate Parallel Programming for Supercomputers

Learn how to decide between the three primary methods of parallelization for a particular problem, and identify the pros and cons of both synchronous and asynchronous parallel algorithms. Completion of "S4ES: Introduction to Parallel Programming for Supercomputers" is a prerequisite.

Ready, Set, Robots! Camp 2018

CIB Wrubel Lobby (IU Bloomington)
9am-3:30pm each day

Three 2-day camps available:
June 14-15, 2018
June 28-29, 2018
July 19-20, 2018 (advanced)

Participants work in small teams to learn the basic computer programming skills needed to command a robot to complete a set of predetermined tasks. Camps culminate in an exciting Robot Grand Challenge in which each team’s robot struts its stuff.
